The state’s first presidential primary election in 31 years is just days away, and you still have time to make your voting plan if you haven’t already.

As of Thursday, 2,470 early ballots have been cast in Sedgwick County at advance voting locations, while 5,591 mail-in ballots, of more than 9,000 requested, have been returned, according to a county press release.

On the ballot for Democrats is incumbent President Joe Biden and candidates Marianne Williamson, Jason Michael Palmer and Dean Phillips. For Republicans, former President Donald Trump and candidates Nikki Haley, Ryan Binkley and Ron DeSantis are on the ballot. DeSantis and Haley have officially dropped out of the race, but will still appear on the ballot due to filing deadlines.
