Last bodies pulled from Venezuela helicopter crash

CARACAS, Venezuela (AP) — Venezuelan authorities have pulled the final four bodies from the wreckage of a military helicopter that crashed into the Caribbean Sea this week with 10 people on board.

Communication Minister Andres Izarra tweets that the helicopter has been brought to the surface and the four remaining bodies were recovered on Saturday.

One sargeant was rescued alive after Wednesday's accident and the other nine died, including Vice Admiral Luis Berrios Pardo. Searchers earlier found the other five bodies.

The wreckage of the Bell 412 helicopter was found off the coast of eastern Anzoategui state.

It is unclear what caused the crash.
