Landmark climate change report adopted

STOCKHOLM (AP) — Officials say an international conference on climate change has adopted a long-awaited report on global warming after all-night talks.

Jean-Pascal van Ypersele tweeted early Friday that the full report and a summary for policymakers had been accepted by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change.

In the report, which will be released to the public later Friday, the IPCC is expected to say that it's more certain than ever that global warming is man-made and that it will raise its previous projections of the rise in sea levels.
