Lancaster man admits to recording a female minor showering

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Lancaster man pleaded guilty to receipt of child pornography, U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross’ office announced Thursday.

A complaint received by the Lancaster Police Department on Jan. 9, 2023 stated that Jacob V.
