Lake View man wanted in Dillon County drive-by shooting

DILLON COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — A 27-year-old Lake View man is wanted by the Dillon County Sheriff’s Office in connection with a drive-by shooting last month, deputies said on Facebook.

Kentrell Dashon Thompson is wanted on an assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature charge.

Deputies responded April 26 to Grain Bin Road for a person being shot at, the sheriff’s office said. When they arrived, the victim told them a vehicle rode by his house and shot at him while he was in his yard.

Anyone with information is asked to call the sheriff’s office at 843-774-1432.
