FESTUS, Mo. – The nation’s largest medical college is opening a new regional campus this summer in Festus.

‘Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine’ will open its first midwest location at Mercy Hospital Jefferson. The facility will prepare medical students to become doctors, dentists, or pharmacists.
