Lady Charlotte Wellesley Marries Alejandro Santo Domingo Surrounded by Royal Guests

From Harper's BAZAAR

Congratulations are in order for Lady Charlotte Wellesley who married American-Colombian business man Alejandro Santo Domingo on Saturday in Illora, Spain. Wellesley is the daughter of the Duke of Wellington and Princess Antonia of Prussia, who is a relative of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip.

The 25-year-old bride wore a stunning cream, off the shoulder gown and lace veil custom made by Emilia Wickstead to wed her billionaire fiancé.

The ceremony was a star-studded event with royal guests like Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall and former King of Spain Juan Carlos I.

But the grooms side of the family also has some royal connections: Alejandro's niece, Tatiana Santo Domingo attended the wedding with husband Andrea Casiraghi, son of Caroline, Princess of Hanover and nephew of Prince Albert II of Monaco. If that wasn't impressive enough, Tatiana's father (the grooms brother) is married to Moda Operandi founder Lauren Santo Domingo, who also attended.

Other celebrity guests included singer James Blunt who is married to the bride's cousin Sofia Wellesley and fashion model Eva Herzigova.
