Gayle Anderson was live in San Pedro for L.A. Fleet Week 2024, Southern California’s largest Memorial Day Weekend event. L.A. Fleet Week is a free annual, multi-day celebration of our nation’s Sea Services held on the L.A. Waterfront at the Port of Los Angeles over the extended Memorial Day Weekend. Some of these events include active-duty ship tours. L.A. Fleet Week is not only a fun public event, but also facilitates numerous symposiums, exercises, and outreaches focused on community resiliency, disaster preparedness, and support for area residents.
