Kylie Jenner and Tyga Step Out Holding Hands at Kanye West's Premiere

Kylie Jenner and Tyga shippers, your prayers for the pair’s reunion may have finally been answered.

The same day a source told PEOPLE Tyga is “ working hard to get [Kylie] back,” the rapper and reality star stepped out holding hands at Kanye West’s “Famous” video premiere at the Forum in Inglewood, California, on Friday.

“Kylie and Tyga are giving things another shot,” a source tells PEOPLE. “They are taking things a lot slower this time around, though, and are using their former arguments and fights as a learning curve and as a reference point for a more healthy future.

"She can’t resist him and he can’t resist her,” the source adds. “They are still so in love, so getting back together was relatively inevitable. They both knew that but needed their space to decompress and regroup and grow.”

The pair dated for nearly two years before splitting up in May.

Earlier Friday, Tyga, 26, sent Kyga fans into a frenzy when he posted – and subsequently deleted – a photo of Jenner with the caption, “They always come back…”

And on Friday afternoon, Jenner, 18, also shared a photo of herself from Thursday night, captioning it with a crown emoji and tagging her ex right on her behind.

In light of these social media moves, a source revealed to PEOPLE that Jenner “likes Tyga’s attention” and has been enjoying having “the upper hand” while Tyga is “working hard to get her back.”

The newly ignited “on-again” rumors come just days after Jenner’s rumored hookup, rapper PartyNextDoor, released a steamy music video for his song “ Come and See Me” in which he and Jenner make out in the rain.
