Kurtwood Smith, Lance Reddick & Angus Macfadyen Enroll In ‘Business Ethics’

EXCLUSIVE: Business Ethics, the dark comedy from Innis Lake Entertainment and Know Rules Media, has set Kurtwood Smith, Lance Reddick and Angus Macfadyen for supporting roles in the Nick Wernham-directed pic. Starring Larenz Tate, the film is based on a short from Wernham of the same name about a man who sets out to run a Ponzi scheme. Shooting will commence in October.

Smith will play Magnus Hardcastle, a rich, greedy, self-confident, and self-made businessman, who works with Cranston (Tate). Perhaps best known as patriarch Red Forman on That ’70s Show, Smith recently wrapped filming Amazon’s new series Patriot. He is repped by Progressive Artists Agency and Pop Art Management.

Reddick plays Professor Wrightway, a senior university professor with a strong view on ethics and the consequences of bad deeds. Currently, he stars opposite Titus Welliver on Amazon’s Bosch, and reprises his role alongside Keanu Reeves in John Wick: Chapter Two. Reddick is repped by Paradigm and Grandview.

Macfadyen is Menlo Sartori, a cool, unflappable, and very dishonest Brit, who works as a lawyer on a tax haven channel island of St. Euripides. Repped by Innovative and Kramer Management, his credits include We Bought A Zoo and Lost City Of Z.
