The Kremlin has responded to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's remarks suggesting that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin would be willing to engage in dialogue if he loses what he seized after the full-scale invasion in 2022, the Russian propaganda outlet RIA Novosti said on Telegram on March 30.

Putin's spokesperson, Dmitry Peskov, once again appealed to the "joining" of the occupied parts of Ukraine to Russia, the propaganda publication said.

"The geopolitical reality has changed since the beginning of the special military operation, and borders have changed," Peskov said.

"Russia has acquired four new subjects, which cannot be ignored, and all this will have to be reckoned with."

CBS recently published an interview with Zelenskyy, in which he stated that when Putin loses what he has occupied since 2022, he will be "ready for dialogue."
