Kingsoft Office Free review
WPS Office gives you the ability to open, create, and send a wide range of office-related files. The most recent update improved the user interface and increased stability as well as added "Word Count" to the Reader. This software runs very smooth and presents all documents in a large and easy-to-read format.
Pros
Great office features: WPS Office can handle the most common files on the market, such as PDF, DOC, and PPT, and gives you many tools, like font and paragraph formatting, to create high-quality documents. We found that many of the included features compared reasonably with computer versions.
Helpful interface: Windows are easily navigated, and all text and images are displayed largely on the main screens. The document, presentation, and spreadsheet creators all have a spacious feel and can be operated without any frustration.
Fast and reliable: We noted that WPS Office ran without any errors and handled all of our commands, such as saving and opening files with speed. This application offers an encryption feature when saving documents, giving you an extra layer of comfort.
Cons
Hidden support: Although WPS Office presents you with links to social media and other websites, it does not offer any direct support options. The website can be accessed externally, but it is still surprising that no help is offered from within the application.
Bottom Line
WPS Office can handle almost all of your document needs and performs exceptionally. The features provided and new updates have increased this application's usability, but it would still be great if WPS Office supported more file types, such as RTF and ZIP, in a similar fashion to OfficeSuite. Because it is reliable and fully functional, we recommend downloading WPS Office.
