How Clean is Your House? star Kim Woodburn grabbed national headlines back in August when she came to blows with former Celebrity Big Brother housemate Coleen Nolan on ITV’s Loose Women.

And Woodburn is finally speaking about the debacle, and says she is sorry that Nolan has since taken a break from her Loose Women panel duties.

“I don’t wish her any harm and I’m sorry she has no job on Loose Women. I can say hand on heart, I didn’t cause it and I hope, in time, she gets back on her feet,” Woodburn recently told New! magazine.

However, at the time Woodburn labelled Nolan a ‘bully’ and ‘trash’ and stormed out of the ITV panel show in tears.

The pair had fallen out while on Celebrity Big Brother and Woodburn revealed in the same interview that she was told by ITV producers that the Loose Women episode would be a chance for the pair to reconcile. But she says she was left feeling ‘conned’ by the experience.

“I was told that it was a reconciliation on Coleen’s behalf… I don’t know if the producers didn’t tell her, or if they conned both of us to get us on,” Woodburn said.

Their Loose Women row caused over 3,000 Ofcom complaints – many of which accused Nolan of bullying Woodburn.

A representative for Woodburn told Metro: “When she arrived this morning, Kim was briefed and told Coleen would speak first and give her reasons for their row. She was told Coleen wanted to bury the hatchet.

“However, when Kim walked on set, Coleen refused to speak first and made Kim do all the talking. This left Kim on the spot and out of her depth. This incident has left Kim incredibly upset and she feels disappointed with what happened.”

Nolan announced early September that she would be stepping down from Loose Women and cancelled her solo tour following the row with Woodburn.

A representative for Nolan released a statement that included: “Following the constant online bullying, trolling, and misrepresentation of her words, actions and re-actions, it is with sad regret that Coleen is taking an immediate hiatus from all her current commitments including Loose Women and postponing her Never Too Late solo concert tour.

“Coleen has spent 50 years in show-business and 18 years as one of the most loved members of the Loose Women panel, and has never been subjected to such a horrifying torrent of online abuse or such a heart-breaking attack on her reputation.”
