A 'Kim Possible' live-action movie is in the making, and 'The Morning Breath' has an unbiased choice for the lead role

If there’s anyone who can understand the demanding duties that accompany being a secret high school superhero, it’s a morning-show host. Furthermore, a redheaded morning-show host.

Disney has announced that the beloved Kim Possible is making a comeback on the big screen in a live-action film, and naturally fans and Disney romantics are running rampant with casting possibilities for Ms. Possible.

The original Disney Channel show featured Christy Carlson-Romano as the voice behind Kim Possible, the teenage crime-fighter who would promptly drop adolescent luxuries at the sound of her emergency beeper in the name of keeping her community safe and secure.

Now, more than a decade since the series concluded, The Morning Breath is offering up one of its own to step in as the crime-fighting hair goddess. Co-host Jackie Oshry is the unbiased natural pick for the role, and her Thursday-morning audition proves her refined acting ability rings true.

“This is the role of a lifetime for me. I don’t know what I have to do, but I must get an audition,” says Oshry.

Sister Claudia agrees that the opportunity is a natural transition for the Disney-aspiring co-host. “She has a side part, she has green eyes, she wears red lipstick, but she wears a crop top, and you would never wear khakis.” Adding, “Maybe Kim Possible could get a modern, feminist makeover.”

Already playing the part and proving that circumstances can change in an instant, Oshry prepares for an impromptu audition live on The Morning Breath. Audiences agree that the proof is in the pudding, and Oshry will be in need of a fill-in host soon as she fulfills Disney duties.

Besides battling the crop-top potential, Oshry will have to challenge the likely competition of Madelaine Petsch, Bella Thorne, and Karen Gillan as the real casting commences.

“Just give me a chance, Disney Channel,” pleads Jackie.
