Update: It's been almost a year since we last heard any news of Kim Kardashian West's upcoming reality competition show to find the next big beauty blogger. It was originally reported to film in October of 2016 but was seemingly delayed, understandable given that Kardashian-West has had quite the year. But as the saying goes, the show must go on: the star just dropped some major details on Twitter and Instagram.

It looks like the show is called Glam Masters, and it will air on Lifetime TV. "New project alert! 🚨 So excited I get to work with @lifetimetv on my new show #GlamMasters to search for the newest member of my glam world! 🌍💄 Head over to mylifetime.com/GlamMasters to apply!," she wrote on Instagram.

The application page had a little more detail about the show's format. "Four lucky bloggers will go head-to-head on each week’s episode of 'Glam Masters.' Only a few will make it to semi-finals and eventually finals, where one will become the Glam Master. The next big name in the beauty world could be YOU," says the page. So if you know any makeup artists who want to be the next Mario Dedivanovic - be a good friend and send them the link right now. Contour-haters need not apply.

Original: If ever you needed confirmation on the benefit of falling down stray Facebook wormholes, today just might be your day. As Popsugar reports, they stumbled down just that kind of abyss, only to find a casting call posting from none other than executive producer Kim Kardashian West.

Because being a mommy, a wifey, and an internet breaker isn't enough, KKW is calling all beauty bloggers for a "cutting-edge competition reality series." According to the post, the show will be produced by the team behind The Real Housewives of New York and air on a "major" cable television network. After contouring, strobing, and faux lashing their way to fame through a series of video-based challenges, the final winning lucky vlogger will be awarded the ultimate prize: They'll be the beauty director for all Kardashian apps. "Imagine creating exclusive content and tutorials for Khloe, Kourtney, and Kim to share with millions on their beauty and lifestyle Apps!" It's a major opportunity for the right talent, and we're not going to lie: It sounds like it would make damn good TV. The show starts filming in October, so get your palettes ready.
