Kim Jong Un not interested in Tennessee job, per Lane Kiffin

Lane Kiffin just can’t help himself.

The Florida Atlantic coach clearly loves the reaction he gets by joking around on Twitter. And with his former employer, Tennessee, struggling in its coaching search (with some fans clamoring for Kiffin’s return to Knoxville), he just had to post this:

Yeah, that’s Kim Jong Un, the leader of North Korea. According to the internet, not even he would accept the Vols job after the firing of Butch Jones and the whole Greg Schiano fiasco.

Kiffin won’t be the guy, either. He said Wednesday morning on the Dan Patrick Show that he has not been contacted by Tennessee officials. Purdue’s Jeff Brohm and NC State’s Dave Doeren were the two names to emerge Wednesday after Oklahoma State’s Mike Gundy said no on Tuesday.

Kiffin’s FAU Owls will host North Texas in the Conference USA title game. Maybe Tennessee will have a coach by then.
