Kevin James wants to make one thing clear: the rear end featured in "Grown Ups 2" that appears to be his, is not. It is a stunt butt.
"My guy is not me. I gotta get that out there. My wife's like, 'You don't jiggle like that,'" Kevin told Access Hollywood on the red carpet at the premiere of his film in New York City on Wednesday evening.
"And I love the guy who did it for me, but I'm a different kind of big," he said, comparing himself to the booty that will be on screen in the film. "That was not me."
Kevin re-teamed with his "Grown Ups" co-stars - David Spade, Adam Sandler and Chris Rock - for the sequel, "Grown Ups 2," and he said it was easy to work with the boys once again.
"It's effortless, it really is, because it's just so much fun to be able to play with your friends and then use that as work," he said.
The actor told Access that it may be fun, but it's not just like hanging out all the time.
"It is work too," he continued. "We do honestly put a lot of effort into it. Sandler, and Fred Wolf and Tim Herlihy write incredible scripts and they come up with great stuff, but it's just awesome. It's so much fun."
"Grown Ups 2" opens in theaters on July 12.
