Kevin Bacon Performs Song He Wrote for Michael Jackson

Kevin Bacon was on The Tonight Show and was chatting with host Jimmy Fallon about music. Kevin and his older sibling, Michael, tour the country playing tunes as the Bacon Brothers. But before that came to be, Kevin was just a little tyke with big music dreams. “The first song I ever wrote, I actually in my mind, wrote it for Michael Jackson from me,” Bacon said. “I was 11, so it didn’t make its way to Michael.”

“I was a very, very romantic child,” Bacon explained, giving the backstory. “I mean, I remember always being heartbroken from the time I was little. I mean being in love with some, you know, the girl in school, the teacher. You know, the girl next door, Barbara Eden in a bottle, you know, whatever… So it was called ‘All the world looks lonely through lonely eyes.’”
Jimmy and Kevin then performed the would-be MJ song. I think it’s safe to say that Kevin Bacon is the new Michael Jackson. Very safe.
