  • She looks totally in her element, wearing just a scarf in the jungle.

  • The pop star's trainer says Kesha's killer muscles come from regular Pilates sessions.

Kesha is fully embracing her inner Warrior in her latest Instagram post. The pop star, 34, revealed her killer strength in a new photo—and her caption is everything.

Kesha is climbing up a gigantic tree in the middle of the jungle while wearing just a scarf, and I can't get over how effortlessly strong she looks. "I’m not extra, you are," she wrote underneath the snap. Tbh, it's a whole new level of tough, and fans in the comments totally noticed.

"Such a badass picture! 😍🔥," someone wrote, while another user added, "this is stunning" (agree). "Plant queen!!!" someone else said, and yep, I'm definitely getting those vibes:

So, just where does Kesha's super strength come from? Her trainer, Kit Rich, said back in 2014 that she sweated it out with the "Praying" singer three to four hours a week (and that Kesha usually did some extra workouts on her own, too). "Kesha loves a challenge!" Rich told Shape. "That woman has strength! A real athlete."

Rich added that "with Kesha, I've noticed such an improvement in strength." The pop star enjoys Pilates, and "she has improved quickly. The moves are very intricate and specific, and she really loves it. She requests it every time she comes."

But Kesha has also been working on her mental health. After releasing her album Rainbow in 2017, she opened up about her struggle with an eating disorder.

“I really just thought I wasn't supposed to eat food," she told Rolling Stone. "And then if I ever did, I felt very ashamed, and I would make myself throw up because I'd think, Oh, my God, I can't believe I actually did that horrible thing. I'm so ashamed of myself because I don't deserve to eat food."

Kesha also said that she kept her battle to herself because of the comments she received on her body. "I was slowly, slowly starving myself," she explained. "The worse I got and the sicker I got, the better a lot of people around me were saying that I looked. They would just be like, 'Oh my gosh, keep doing whatever you're doing! You look so beautiful, so stunning.'"

Since then, Kesha has received treatment, but she's still a passionate advocate for mental health. “Recovery is possible," she recently shared in a public service announcement for the National Eating Disorders Association, per People.
