NAIROBI (Reuters) - The Kenyan shilling was steady against the dollar on Monday ahead of a central bank decision on lending rates later in the day, traders said. At 0854 GMT, commercial banks quoted the shilling at 101.20/40, unchanged from Friday's close. Seven out of 11 analysts polled by Reuters expect the bank to hold rates.
