In some nice and happy hip hop news, rapper Kendrick met one of his biggest fans – who happens to be a quadriplegic – and gave her a specially modified van to help with her mobility.

What a massive legend.

The life changing present was given to fan Jennifer Phillips last weekend during the Dallas stop of Kendrick’s tour.

And his mega generosity didn’t stop there either. In addition, Kendrick, 30, also gave Jennifer a signed jacket and a customised Dallas Mavericks jersey with his real name, Duckworth, on it.

The signed autograph jacket read: “Thank you for always supporting me. Your a inspiration for me. You are strong and positive. Your kind and beautiful. For all the years of inspiring me, the least I can do is make sure your comfortable driving the city. A gift from me to you. Your always appreciated! — K. Lamar.”

Jennifer also posted a picture of Anthony ‘Top Dawg’ Tiffith – founder of Kendrick’s record label TDE. According to her social media accounts, she was in a car accident in 2007 that damaged her spinal cord and left her paralysed.

She also says she is a long time fan of Kendrick and has seen him perform in her home town of Dallas six times.

Good luck Jennifer!
