KCSO promotes 33 deputies, staff

The Kern County Sheriff’s Office promoted 33 officers and staff members during two ceremonies Friday at the KCSO headquarters.

The officers include: Cmdr. Brandon Rutledge; Cmdr. Ryan Wahl; Lt. Tanner Miller; Lt. Amanda Plugge; Lt. David Rutter; Lt. Charles Shinn; Sgt. Jesus Cabral; Sgt. David George; Sgt. Juan Maldonado; Sgt. Gabriel Romo; Sgt. Justin Sawaske; Detentions Sgt. Jose Hinojosa; Senior Deputy Charles Leask; Senior Deputy Alberto Mejia-Rodriguez; Senior Deputy Leonard Shin; Senior Deputy Thomas Aguilar; Senior Deputy Matthew Alvarez; Senior Deputy Michael Cruz; Senior Deputy Harminder Gosal; Senior Deputy Dylan Johnson; Senior Deputy Ronald Keas; Senior Deputy Aaron Mendez; Senior Deputy Benjamin Morales; Senior Deputy Alejandro Moreno; Senior Deputy Brent Nelson; Senior Deputy Justin Rosso; Senior Deputy David Smith; and Detentions Senior Deputy Kristina Martin Del Campo.
