Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom Reunite at Vanity Fair Oscars Party But ‘Didn’t Spend Much Time’ Together: Source

Katy Perry and boyfriend Orlando Bloom were reunited at the annual Vanity Fair Oscars party on Sunday after weeks of jet-setting travels apart.

The couple continued their tradition of only posing together inside events, and cozied up for the camera – Perry in a shimmering, bronze gown and still sporting her platinum locks and Bloom in a dapper black tux.

However, an onlooker tells PEOPLE the duo — who have been dating for more than a year — didn’t haven’t much interaction aside from posing for the photo together and mainly mingled with their own friends.

“Katy didn’t spend much time with Orlando,” says the source. “They got together for a photo, but that was about it.”

Perry, 32, arrived to the soirée without her 40-year-old partner, instead posing on the carpet solo and with pal Derek Blasberg. According to the onlooker, Perry snacked on popcorn while chatting with Tom Ford, and Bloom was spotted mingling with Jennifer Aniston.

“He warmly greeted her and gave her a kiss on top of her head,” says the onlooker about Bloom and Aniston, who are longtime friends.

One day after all the Oscar festivities, Bloom posted a photo of himself snuggling with Perry’s dog. “A mighty heart,” he wrote on the photo.

On Wednesday, Bloom attended the Global Green pre-Oscar party solo and hit up Tommy Alastra and Ariel Vromen’s birthday and pre-Oscar bash sans Perry on Friday. Other stars at the exclusive party — where guests sipped on Virginia Black cocktails — included Leonardo DiCaprio, Tobey Maguire, Kourtney Kardashian, Adrien Brody and more.

“Orlando was having a great time and was extremely friendly,” says a fellow partygoer at Alastra and Vromen’s party. “He was talking to Robin Thicke and Heather Graham and stayed until 4 a.m.”

At one point, the actor even snuck into the kitchen to dig into some fresh bread and oil.

Awards season is of particular significance for Perry and Bloom: they first hit it off at a Golden Globes bash in January of 2016, and have been inseparable ever since.

The new year has taken both stars overseas though, with Bloom just returned from a UNICEF mission to Diffa, the southeast region of Niger. In late January, Bloom also visited a high school in Greater Manchester, England, to visit a drama class with his own former teacher.
