Katy Perry and Gigi Hadid Barred From China in New Setback for Victoria's Secret Fashion Show
Katy Perry finds herself banned from China and consequently will not be performing at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show in Shanghai Monday.

Perry was all set to perform, but at the last minute, her visa was pulled.
According to reports, the Chinese government was upset that Perry wore the Taiwanese flag during a performance in Taipei back in April 2015.
Perry also wore a sunflower dress which happens to be the flower associated with the pro-democracy movement in the country.
The "Teenage Dream" singer performed at the fashion show back in 2010, and now the lingerie retailer is scrambling to find a replacement.
Supermodel Gigi Hadid has also found herself banned from entering China.
Apparently the Chinese government flipped out after seeing a birthday video she posted last April that showed her holding a cookie in the shape of Buddha and squinting her eyes.

Hadid issued an apology right away, but apparently the Chinese government is eager to teach her a lesson.
Her sister, Bella, still plans to appear in the show and has been spotted working out in Shanghai.
