KathNiel admit five-year relationship
27 Aug – Onscreen partners Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla recently admitted that they have actually been dating for the past few years.
As reported on Push, the couple, who appeared at the press conference of their new movie, "The Hows of Us", gracefully admitted to their romance when asked by the media about it, with Padilla saying that they have been serious with each other for the last five years.
Bernardo stated that while they do fight like most couple, they would always put their relationship first.
"No matter how much you want someone to be perfect, he will not. Just as important is what you have learned, you grow and move on from it. That's what we always choose," she said.
"I always come back," said Padilla. "Why? Because [you always go back to the beginning]. Why did I love this person? You're likely to quarrel now but of course you need to look deeper into the problem," he said.
When asked if they have thought about getting married in the future, Padila said that the two of them have even talked about it.
"She is the one, really. That's where we really should go," said Padilla.
The actor added that he hopes to tie the knot before he turns 30.
