Karaoke bar in Gonzales announces move

ASCENSION PARISH, La. (BRPROUD) – A local bar in Gonzales will be moving.

Park Place, a karaoke and live music bar, announced on social media that March will be the last month at its current location on South Burnside Avenue.

“Help us say goodbye, come relive some great times, and welcome a new beginning with us for our last month in this building,” the post said.

A new location hasn’t been announced yet but the bar is expected to stay in Gonzales, according to the Facebook post.

Park Place also has pool tables, dart boards and daily drink specials. The bar’s original location is at 1711 South Burnside Avenue.
