Kanye West Reveals Photos from Inside the Hidden Hills Home He Designed with Axel Vervoordt

Yeezy Home is coming

Kanye West just couldn't wait to reveal what he's been working on with Axel Vervoordt, apparently. The musician went on a tweeting rampage on Wednesday after he was publicly raked over the coals for calling President Trump his "brother" (due to their shared "dragon energy") on his Twitter account. While part of his reaction was to explain himself ("my wife just called me and she wanted me to make this clear to everyone. I don't agree with everything Trump does. I don't agree 100% with anyone but myself," he tweeted), another inexplicable part was sharing pictures of his home. After sharing three photos of the inside of the Hidden Hills home he shares with his wife, Kim Kardashian West, the musician once again changed the direction of his tweets ("I leave my emojis bart Simpson color"). Still, there are a few things we can learn from the photos:

  1. He calls his home "the sunken place," for reasons still unknown.

  1. The house is decorated in a typical minimalistic, monochromatic Axel Vervoordt style.

  1. If the design of the house wasn't shocking and impressive enough, the proportions of the space are stunning. The renovation they did on the 8,000-square-foot home (which also had a 1,050-square-foot guesthouse at the time they purchased it) obviously maximized the already vast space.

  1. Not only did his wife, Kim Kardashian West, not know he was going to share these photos, apparently the couple had a pact about not letting the outside world see the inside of their home anytime soon. Uh oh, Kanye!
