Kang Sung-hoon suspected of fraud again

4 Nov – It's a double Sechs Kies drama. While Sechs Kies' Lee Jae-jin was charged of drunk driving, another former member Kang Sung-hoon is under fire for suspicion of fraud once again, along with singer Park Hae-kyung, according to allkpop website.

Recently, an individual living in the Paldang region of Gyunggido filed a lawsuit against the lead vocal of the now disbanded 90s group, demanding he repay the KSW $90,000 he previously borrowed.

It was reported that Kang Sung-hoon gave the individual his foreign sports car as collateral to borrow the money, but had failed to pay it back. He is then under suspicion of fraud when it was found that the car wasn't even his, but rather a lease he was making payments on.

But this is not a new discovery. Back in February, a similar incident made headlines when Kang Sung-hoon - who previously rented a vehicle from a rental company, gave it to individual B as collateral to borrow cash, a total of KSW $27,000.

The individual who lent the money to the singer sued him as he was unable to get the money back. At the time, Kang Sung-hoon claimed that he was the victim and reportedly confining himself at home.

Meanwhile, veteran singer Park Hae-kyung faced a similar lawsuit. According to the Detective department of Seoul's High Prosecutors' Office, the singer is under suspicion of embezzling KSW $259,000 after turning over a skin care facility to a third party without the consent of the landlord.

The singer will be releasing her official statement through her agency soon.
