Kacey Musgraves to perform 2 nights at Austin’s Moody Center

AUSTIN (KXAN) — It’s a golden hour for Kacey Musgraves fans, as the Grammy Award-winning singer and songwriter is set to perform at Austin’s Moody Center as part of her 2024 “Deeper Well World Tour.”

Musgraves is slated to return to Austin for a two-night run Nov. 26-27. Opening acts include Madi Diaz, Father John Misty, Lord Huron and Nickel Creek, per a Moody Center release.

The “tour “Deeper Well World Tour” kicks off in Dublin on April 28 before the North American leg begins on Sept. 4 in State College, Pennsylvania. Other Texas stops include:

  • Thursday, Nov. 21: Toyota Center in Houston

  • Friday, Nov. 22: American Airlines Center in Dallas

  • Saturday, Nov. 23: American Airlines Center in Dallas

Those interested in seeing Musgraves at the Moody Center can participate in the venue’s presale on March 7, running from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. CT when using the code JADEGREEN. The general ticket sale launches March 8 at 10 a.m. CT online.

This isn’t Musgraves’ first introduction to the capital city. She previously headlined the 2022 Austin City Limits Music Festival. In 2018, she also appeared on Austin City Limits Live.

A Golden, Texas native, Musgraves is known for hit songs “Follow Your Arrow,” Golden Hour,” “High Horse” and “Love is a Wild Thing.” She has received seven Grammy Awards for her work, taking home the 2019 “Album of the Year” honor for “Golden Hour.”
