Justin Timberlake is reportedly "finalizing" his deal to headline the 2018 Super Bowl halftime show.
Us Weekly reported on Wednesday that the "SexyBack" hitmaker is in the final stages of negotiating the deal, which will come 14 years after Timberlake infamously ripped Janet Jackson's top off in a stunt immediately dubbed "nipplegate" back in 2004.
Though Timberlake is known for his collaborations over the years, the Us Weekly source claims that "as of right now, it will just be Justin -- no surprise performers." That means no JAY-Z, no Janet Jackson and no NSYNC bandmates.
That being said, the performance is still over four months away, so a lot could change between now and then.
Earlier this month, reports surfaced that the coveted halftime show was initially offered to JAY-Z, who allegedly turned the offer down in the wake of the NFL's treatment of Colin Kaepernick.
Timberlake is currently hard at work on his fifth studio album.
The 2018 Super Bowl will take place in Minneapolis on February 4.
