Justin Theroux Reveals the Secret to His Marriage with Jennifer Aniston

Justin Theroux and Jennifer Aniston may have just tied the knot last year, but the happy couple already know the secret to lasting love.

Theroux, 45, opened up about what makes their relationship continue to thrive after one year of marriage and five years together.

"We appreciate each other's sense of humor, we respect one another and we get along," Theroux told Entertainment Tonight while promoting The Girl on the Train, his new thriller starring Emily Blunt, out Oct. 7. "I know it sounds simple but it's true."

Respect – and quality time together.

Since tying the knot last August, the couple have gone on several tropical vacations together and are known for enjoying romantic date nights in the city.

The actor and Aniston, 47, were recently spotted on an intimate dinner date in New York City. The pair stayed close to each other as they stepped out for dinner at Smile in the Big Apple last week.

Theroux joined Aniston in New York earlier last week after flying in from Australia, where he was filming the third season of The Leftovers.
