Jury finds Kim Potter guilty in the shooting death of Daunte Wright
After more than 27 hours of deliberation, a jury has found Kim Potter, a white former Minnesota police officer, guilty of first and second degree manslaughter for killing Daunte Wright, a 20-year-old a Black man, after she claimed she mistakenly grabbed her gun instead of her Taser during a traffic stop in April.
