JROTC to recognize first responders at 9/11 service

Sep. 8—Midland ISD Air Force Junior ROTC will host a 9/11 memorial ceremony at 9:55 a.m. Sept. 11 at Centennial Park, 200 W. Wall St., to commemorate heroes who have dedicated their lives to keeping our community safe.

The event is free and open to the public, with a special invitation extended to all law enforcement agencies, fire departments, and first responders.

This occasion provides an opportunity for our community to come together, reflect, and express gratitude to those who selflessly serve and protect. The Midland ISD Air Force JROTC, alongside the Midland High choir and band, will lead us in honoring the dedication and bravery of our first responders.
