Jon Stewart, we've missed you.

On Thursday night, the former The Daily Show host took a break from his nighttime television hiatus to man Stephen Colbert's Late Show desk.

In the approximately 10-minute segment, Stewart delivers a scathing monologue in which he skewers Donald Trump, the Republican party, and his favourite target, Fox News.

In response to Fox presenter Sean Hannity's description of Trump as a "blue-collar billionaire," Stewart quips: "Trump does seem like the kind of guy you want sit down and own a fleet of airplanes with."
