JoJo Fletcher Celebrates Jordan Rodgers' First Day at ESPN's SEC Network: 'Congrats Bubbi! You Deserve It'

Jordan Rodgers' first week at SEC Network kicked off Monday, and his fiancée JoJo Fletcher was right there to support him.

Fletcher, 25, took to Instagram to congratulate Rodgers, 27, on his new sports broadcasting gig as a college football studio analyst.

"So proud of this boy right here – Not only is he the most loving, kindhearted and selfless man... But also unbelievably hardworking and driven," she captioned a sweet photo of the two. "Congrats on your first week w/ the SEC Network bubbi! You deserve it."

Rodgers also took to Instagram to celebrate the big day, sharing a picture of himself behind the desk with former Arkansas Razorbacks quarterback Clint Stoerner and SEC Network studio host Peter Burns.

"Fun day back in the SEC, much easier without 100k screaming fans and giant angry men trying to kill me...but only slightly," Rodgers quipped. "Tune in to SEC NOW live tomorrow!"

ESPN Senior Vice President Stephanie Druley recently addressed signing Rodgers in an interview with SportsIllustrated.com, squashing speculation that the former football player was hired because of his Bachelorette fame.

"Our talent office had Jordan on their radar for some time," Druley said. "He played at Vanderbilt. He played quarterback. We had seen some interviews that he had done. So we reached out to him. At the time, he was unavailable due to filming. I'm not even sure that we knew what show he was doing."

"He walked into my office and the first thing I said to him was that his hair might be too high for our network," quipped Druley. "Despite that, it was clear he had a real passion and a deep knowledge of college football. The audition was really good – rare that someone walks in off the street and does an audition that we would be willing to air."

In fact, Druley said the network was actually worried about Rodgers' Bachelorette fame at first – especially after he found himself on the receiving end of a series of unflattering headlines and accusations.

"I had a real concern with how he would be viewed by fans of the show and what it might mean for him down the line," she said. "We waited until the show was a few weeks into its run before we made an offer."

Meanwhile, the rumors are still plaguing Rodgers: Last week, he was hit with a fresh wave of cheating accusations from his ex-girlfriend Brittany Farrar. Farrar took to Instagram to accuse the reality star of lying about their three-and-a-half year relationship on the show and to the media, claiming he cheated on her with multiple women, including a woman he met while filming Pitch Perfect 2 in 2014.

Farrar, a trainer based in Nashville, previously alleged Rodgers had cheated on her when Fletcher's season of the reality show premiered in May. Rodgers repeatedly denied the allegations.

Despite the drama, Rodgers and Fletcher, who have not publicly addressed the recent allegations, appear to be going strong: Over the weekend, the two celebrated their engagement with a huge group family and friends, who surprised the couple with a party on Saturday night.

"My heart is so full!" Fletcher gushed on Instagram. "Jordan and I were going out to what we thought was just a little dinner with friends but instead walked into a room full of both our friends and family to celebrate in our engagement. We are so incredibly blessed.#fletchersmeettherodgers."
