Join IndyStar's reader advisory council to chart the future of journalism in Indianapolis

As part of IndyStar’s commitment to serve Indianapolis and Central Indiana, we’re looking for Hoosiers to help guide how we tell your stories.

If you live in the Indianapolis metro area and have a passion for local public service, sports, business and entertainment news, fill out our reader survey for a chance to sit on our new Reader Advisory Council and help chart the future of local news in Central Indiana.

The group will meet in person and virtually over four months to discuss our local coverage and how we could improve it. If selected, you will receive free access to all Indy Star products and will be compensated for your time.

Visit indystar.com/advisorycouncil or scan the QR code below to take the 5-minute survey, which will ask questions about how you get your news and collect your contact information. If you meet the criteria and are selected to participate in the Reader Advisory Council, we will reach out again with the next steps.

Your contact information will remain confidential and will not be used or shared outside of the advisory council. Participants will be required to agree that IndyStar may use their name and likeness in connection with stories and for promotional and other purposes. In addition, they may choose to write op-eds to run in the Indianapolis Star (subject to editor discretion and compliance with Indianapolis Star policies and editorial requirements)
