The place where Johnny Depp and Amber Heard spent their final, tumultuous days as a couple is up for sale.

The Pirates of the Carribean star is asking for a cool $12.78 million for a group of five penthouses in a downtown L.A. building known for its Art Deco architecture, Zillow reports. The Eastern Columbia Building was built in the 1930s and renovated in 2007. Depp began snapping up the units — which are also available individually for an unlisted price — shortly after.

The actor is now selling his combined 11,500 square feet of space, which includes four units with two bedrooms and one unit with a single bedroom. All five penthouses have multiple levels and private terraces with a view of the skyline. Of course, there is a rooftop pool (with cabanas), an outdoor fire place, and a fitness studio. Living there would be like staying at a resort every night!

The new owners will also appreciate the vivid colors and variety of textures inside. Like many of Depp’s movies, the place has a bit of whimsy via the light fixtures, curtains, and other accents.

Depp lived in three of the penthouses that are connected by doors, although he left the walls in place to maintain architectural integrity. (He’s a sucker for art!) He even used one of the other two units for an art studio, and still another for guests.

Not that he lives in L.A. full time. Depp also has a compound in France that he listed for $55 million in July. His holdings also include a private island in the Bahamas.

The sale comes a month after Depp and Heard, his wife of 15 months, settled their ugly divorce case. At Heard’s request, Depp made $7 million in donations to the ALCU and the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles.

Besides the real estate, Depp cautioned off part of his art collection in June in exchange for some cash. But don’t feel too sorry for Depp, because Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales comes out next year.
