John Shuster's son with adorable message for his dad
If you haven’t heard already, the US men, led by skip John Shuster, won curling gold last night with a 10-7 win over Sweden.
It was the first gold medal in curling ever for the Americans who were on the brink of defeat in the Round Robin stages before turning it around with five straight wins. Shuster had won bronze in Torino, but was cut from the US curling program after posting near-last place finishes in Vancouever and Sochi.
He rebounded by forming “Team Rejects” with Tyler George, Matt Hamilton, John Landsteiner and Joe Polo – a team that came out of no where to claim Olympic gold.
Team Shuster had fans all across the US watching their game yesterday, but their biggest fans were in the stands in PyeongChang. Shuster’s four-year-old son Luke had this message for his dad after history was made.

Go to the Olympics, meet Lindsey Vonn and watch dad win a gold medal and make history? Not bad for a four year old.
