John Deere Announces Two New Compact Tractors
Compact utility tractors hit the sweet spot for homeowners who've got a few acres to work but don't need a full-size tractor. The attachments are easy to manage for one person yet small enough to be stored in a garage.
John Deere has expanded on its extensive lineup with two new models that offer premium features not often found in tractors of this size.
John Deere 3025E
The John Deere 3025E is geared towards buyers who need a powerful and full-featured tractor at a reasonable price. With the addition of a 25-horsepower option, John Deere now offers a reliable trio of compact utility tractors all the way up to 38 horsepower.
The 3025E model features a two-range hydrostatic transmission (HST), which increases the tractor's performance while eliminating clutching. John Deere's Twin Touch foot controls make the tractor drive more like a car, and make the experience less tiring.
Each 3025E is equipped with a contoured, comfortable seat, and the flat operator platform makes it easy to step in and out of the machine. The 3025E is extremely capable and can be transformed with a variety of implements, from box blades to rotary cutters. An optional iMatch Quick-Hitch makes implementing rear hookups easy and operators can remain seated during the process.
John Deere 2032R and 2038R
Users who need a larger and more stable tractor, the new John Deere 2032R and 2038R offer a redesigned body, wider stance, longer wheelbase, and more weight.
Other features include a premium suspension seat, ergonomic controls, tilt steering wheel, cruise control, and thick rubber floor mat. The 2R Series Compact Utility Tractors are all equipped with standard work lights on the fender and an optional premium LED work light kit, allowing operators to work into the evening and night.
A couple additional cutting features include the CommandCut lift system, which provides quick and accurate cutting height adjustments with the turn of a dial and the bump of a lever. And an AutoConnect mid-mount mower deck, which provides easy attaching and detaching.
