The personal trainer - known as The Body Coach - is father to five-year-old daughter Indigo, four year old son Marley and 19-month-old daughter Leni. Rosie - who he married in June 2019 - is currently expecting their fourth child, due this summer.

And Wicks admitted they would like to grow their family even bigger. He said on the ITV daytime show: "People always think we're mad having so many kids, but I just like chaos and I've always loved being a parent. And also teaching them and seeing them learn, whether it's a musical instrument or a language, I just love it."

Presenter Katie Piper asked he they had a number in mind for how many children they would like. Wicks said: "We've always said five or six would be the dream. It's not just me, it's Rosie as well. Some people just love being pregnant, she loves being pregnant, it's just really nice for her."

Wicks also revealed the reason why he and his wife have decided to start homeschooling their eldest daughter. The PE Worksouts star become a global hit with his online daily family exercise videos during lockdown and revealed he always wanted to be a PE teacher.

He said: "All my kids have gone to nursery, my little boy goes to nursery. Indy went to school for a year and she loved, she enjoyed it, but we really just want to spend more time with her and we want to be able travel, and I just love home schooling. So we're giving it a go for a year or two and just see how it goes. I'm not saying it's for ever. It has its stressful moments because with a little baby it can be quite challenging.

"But Rosie always said if she wasn't modelling back in the day she would have loved to be a school teacher. And myself I wanted to be a PE teacher so we're just doing what we love to do. But it is hard, its not easy, I don't think you could do it on your own, it's quite challenging." Wicks added: "When I think about home school I think cooking, I think exercise, I think movement, and all these important life skills we need for healthy and happy children."

Wicks has previously spoken about his own difficult childhood as his father was a heroin addict and absent from his life growing up, while his mother struggled with OCD. He told The Sun in 2022: "When your father is absent as a young kid, it makes you want to be stable. When you’re a kid all you want is someone to be there and be supportive. It’s made me be very committed to Rosie for one and to work through stuff... I want the kids to see that we can argue and you can work through it."

Loose Women airs on ITV at 12.30pm on weekdays.
