The Great Celebrity Bake Off for Stand Up to Cancer's Jodie Whittaker is worried about audiences seeing her "personality unedited".
Set to enter the white tent alongside popstar Paloma Faith, Made in Chelsea's Spencer Matthews and comedian Munya Chawawa this weekend, the groundbreaking Doctor Who actress told RadioTimes what's going through her head prior to broadcast.
"People seeing my personality unedited," Whittaker revealed, before explaining why "not being given any lines to say" makes her nervous.

"Apart from interviews, I've never done anything where I'm myself on something. The only other one I've ever done was for Children in Need, where we recorded an album, and they filmed us in real life for that as well.
"This is what makes me nervous, that you are yourself with a microphone and cameras on you. I have no control over that edit," she said.

Whittaker, who also appeared in the very first season of Black Mirror, did caveat by suggesting she's "generally" happy to move outside her comfort zone, though.
"I do really like it, but I would never put myself in a situation that was the celebrity version of something unless it was for charity," she added.
"There is no personal gain there for me, it's just horrific. Whereas this, for all my slight anxiety towards it, is all for the greater good."
The Great Celebrity Bake Off for Stand Up to Cancer returns tomorrow (March 17) on Channel 4 at 7.40pm. The Great British Bake Off and its spin-off Bake Off: An Extra Slice both air on Channel 4 in the UK. In the US, it's known as The Great British Baking Show, and streams on Netflix.
