Joanna Gaines’ New Wallpaper Collection Will Give You the Shiplap Look Without the Work

Joanna Gaines has launched a line of farmhouse-inspired wallpapers and it is the stuff of every Fixer Upper fan’s dreams.

From classic floral prints to (YAS!) shiplap, each Magnolia Home for York Wallcoverings design will bring Gaines’ signature country-chic look into any home.

“Wallcoverings are such a simple way to personalize a space,” Gaines says in an announcement on the York website. “They have the ability to completely transform a room where there seems to be something missing, and I think that’s why I’m drawn to them — I love the statement they make.”

Of course, the most anticipated product is the “Shiplap” paper, which mimics the wide, white wood boards that Gaines made famous on her hit HGTV series. If her more modern take is what you’re after, don’t worry — “Skinnylap,” a thinner version of the original style, is also available.

For those who have visited, or aspire to visit, Joanna and husband Chip’s massive Magnolia Market at the Silos in Waco, Texas, should check out “The Market” print. Inspired by blueprints from the property, it incorporates an industrial touch ideal for an accent wall.

A classic buffalo check can spruce up a cottage or cabin, while “The Daily,” which draws in an old-school newspaper design, adds a nostalgic, rustic touch to any room.

And what is a Joanna collection without “Chalkboard?” This Victorian-inspired version doesn’t just look the part, either — you can actually use chalk to write on the surface, perfect for everyday reminders or a few doodles.

For Gaines, who also recently expanded her line of paint, this collaboration is the easiest way to add a punch of personalization into a blank space.
