Fixer Upper may be over, but you definitely don't have to say goodbye to shiplap, subway tile, and barn doors—at least, not if Joanna Gaines has anything to do with it.

The TV personality and author's first design book, Homebody: A Guide to Creating Spaces You Never Want to Leave, hit stores last fall, and it's chock full of dream homes, interior ideas, and plenty of modern-rustic farmhouse design. Complementing the gorgeous photography are insights and anecdotes from Joanna's storied career as a designer.

And today only, as part of Amazon Prime Day 2019, you can score the book for an incredible discount. Not only is it a whopping 35% off, but you can get an additional $5 off with code PRIMEBOOK19. (By the way, this isn't the only Prime Day deal we think Joanna would approve of—check out the others here.)

When the book first published last year, Joanna admitted just how much it meant to her—and how much she hoped it would mean to others. "It’s hard to describe what I’m feeling tonight...thankful, relieved, vulnerable, giddy, hopeful," she wrote on Instagram upon its release.

“From the beginning, I wanted this book to be a practical and useful guide that would empower and motivate anyone who reads it to acknowledge that they’ve got what it takes to create spaces they never want to leave,” she continued in a statement.

In the 300+ page book, readers learn how to blend styles, tackle common design problems, and replicate Joanna's iconic farmhouse-inspired style while making it their own. The back of the publication even includes a fold-out guidebook, which you can doodle and write in as you read.

The HGTV star packed the publication with beautiful sketches, pro insights, and even pictures of her own family's home in Waco, Texas. Look closely enough, and you'll even recognize some of the rooms she designed on Fixer Upper.

Fans also get an in-depth look at Joanna's own home—as well as the stories behind each space she created therein. “Our farmhouse represents all that I’ve learned over the years—every design failure and every win that I’ve experienced along the way," the mother of five concluded. "Our home isn’t perfect, but it’s our story that you see all around us there, which made it seem worth including in this book.”
