Jimmy Fallon's mother, Gloria, has passed away, his rep confirmed late Saturday, NNov. 4..

“Jimmy Fallon’s mother, Gloria, died peacefully on Saturday,” a spokesman told multiple media outlets in a statement. “Jimmy was at his mother’s bedside, along with her loved ones, when she passed away at NYU Langone Medical Center in NYC. Our prayers go out to Jimmy and his family as they go through this tough time.”

Fallon, 43, cancelled his Nov. 3 "Tonight Show" taping due to a "private Fallon family matter." A source told People that he'd gone to be by his mother's side along with the rest of his family.

"The Tonight Show" has not yet shared how upcoming tapings will be affected. Fallon typically tapes five days a week.
