Jesse Eisenberg desperate to graduate

Jesse Eisenberg

(BANG) -

Jesse Eisenberg is desperate to graduate.

The 'Social Network' star enrolled in New York's The New School over 10 years ago to study for a masters degree in contemporary architecture and, with just three classes left to complete, he is now contemplating studying online in order to finish the course.

He explained: "I've been in college for 10 years. It's very inefficient ... I would do a movie and then I would be unemployed for a semester and then I'd go to school.

"I don't wanna go to a graduation but I would like to graduate. I would like to finish. I have, like, three classes left, so it seems silly to not do them."

The 27-year-old actor is so desperate to complete his studies, he even jokingly claimed he would bribe university chiefs to let him graduate.

He joked to TV talk show host Jimmy Kimmel: "My school does accept sleazy bribes... I could just be obnoxious and pay them and then maybe they'd let me graduate."

Jesse recently admitted he is comfortable with showing his emotions as he struggled when he first started school.

He said: "I cried every day of first grade in class, which meant I ended up getting comfortable emoting in a place where it wasn't the norm."
