Jerry Sandusky Sentenced to 30 to 60 Years in Prison

Former Penn State football coach Jerry Sandusky has been given a sentence of 30 to 60 years in prison, essentially guarantee that 68-year-old convicted child abuser will stay in jail the rest of his life. Sandusky was convicted this summer of 45 counts of child sexual abuse, with each one carrying a possible sentence of 10 years. In a statement released last night, Sandusky continued claim his innocence, blaming his victims, prosecutors, and Penn State University for orchestrating a conspiracy against him.
