Jennifer Lopez Teases ‘World Of Dance’ Duels Part 2
Jennifer Lopez recently shared a teaser from the upcoming episode of “World of Dance” via her Instagram account.
In the clip, the contestants on the hit NBC reality TV competition will be facing off against each other in the second round of duels. The promo released by the network also states that the most unexpected battle of Season 1 will be shown on Tuesday night’s episode.

Lopez shared the 30-second teaser just a few days after posted a photo of her toned abs on the same social media account. However, rumors started swirling that her picture was edited. A part of her stomach looked erased so fans immediately started speculating that the “Shades of Blue” actress photoshopped her body. Lopez was quick to deny the rumors by saying that it was a smudge on the mirror that made her abs look uneven. She also used the hashtag “Lord bless the haters” in her reply to one of the fans.
Meanwhile, “World of Dance” is consistently doing well in terms of ratings. In fact, NBC dubbed the reality TV show as the highest-rated summer program of the year. But even though “World of Dance” is gaining positive reviews, some fans were devastated to see their favorite dancers go last week.
After the first round of duels, breakdancer Fik-Shun won over contemporary dancer Nick Daniels. The latter’s story resonated with the judges and viewers since he said that he typically releases all of his emotions following the death of his dad through dance.
Kyntay, a young female duo, also said goodbye to their fans in “World of Dance” after their score did not surpass that of Eva Igo, 14. Kyntay previously toured with Janet Jackson, and they also have a strong social media following so their fans were really saddened by their departure.
Keone & Mari also competed against their “brothers” in the competition. The three-person male group Quick Style has been gaining fame in their home country of Norway. However, their score was much lower than that of Keone & Mari, so they were also sent home.
“World of Dance” Season 1 airs Tuesdays at 10 p.m. EDT on NBC.
