Jennifer Lawrence nearly killed a member of a film crew by scratching her bottom on a rock
We all have hilariously embarrassing stories to tell. Luckily, we don’t have those stories aired on national television, unlike Jennifer Lawrence. In an interview on The Graham Norton Show, Lawrence revealed that she nearly killed someone by scratching her butt on a rock and it’s TOO much.
Now, we know that awkward things always happen to Jennifer Lawrence. Whether it’s eating mustard and tuna before a kissing scene in a movie, or discussing issues of the gender pay gap, the star is pretty darn relatable.
However, it’s safe to say that we’ve never nearly killed someone because we got an itchy bottom.
Dropping by The Graham Norton Show to promote her film Passengers with Chris Pratt, the star opened up about the incident that occurred while filming The Hunger Games films.

While filming scenes for the popular dystopian franchise, JLaw explained that she was wearing a wetsuit that was particularly troublesome for her rear end. Luckily, she thought, she’d found a boulder that was the perfect tool to scratch an itch. Unfortunately, Lawrence wasn’t aware that the rocks were sacred and you weren’t meant to sit on them. She also didn’t know that they weren’t secure.
“You’re not supposed to sit on [the sacred rocks] because you’re not supposed to expose your genetalia to them,” she explained. “I was in a wetsuit for this whole shoot and oh my god they were so good for butt itching.”
During one specific scratching incident, one of the rocks came free.
“It was a giant boulder and rolled down the mountain and nearly killed the sound guy,” she revealed. “All the Hawaiians were like “it’s the curse!” And I was like I’m the curse, I wedged it loose with ma ass.”

Oh LOL! This is so typically Jennifer Lawrence. We love that she gets herself into these situations because we just *know* that it’s something that would totally happen to us.
