Barbara Bush knows exactly what exhausted new parents need.

Donuts and tacos.

On Tuesday, Jenna Bush Hager revealed twin sister Barbara was the first visitor to meet her third child with husband Henry, a baby boy named Henry Harold Hager.

And Bush didn't arrive at the hospital empty-handed. "Visitor number one: hours after babe’s birth, this one comes with donuts and tacos," Hager wrote on Instagram Tuesday, hashtagging #sistersfirst and #tacosforthewin.

The "Today" host gave birth to her 7 pound, 5 ounce baby boy on Friday, Aug. 2. He's named after her husband and Jenna's grandfather.

Photos Hager posted Tuesday include Aunt Barbara holding her new nephew as her sister grins in the background (plus Henry Hager donning a hospital blanket as a cape). The sweetest shot, though, shows the twin sisters cuddling in the hospital bed with the newborn.

Hager previously revealed they will call the baby Hal for short. His older sisters, Mila, 6, and Poppy, 3, have even nicknamed him "Hal Pal."

More famous well-wishers have since descended upon the expanded family: Hager posted shots of "Today" colleague Savannah Guthrie stopping by the hospital, too.

"Look who came to visit!!! Hal loves @savannahguthrie, of course. Friendship is hereditary," she wrote.

A pre-recorded show last Friday announced Hager's maternity leave. She recently started her new role at "Today," taking over Kathie Lee Gifford's spot in the fourth hour of the show for "Hoda & Jenna."
