Jenni’s response was heartbreaking. “Ok,” she responded to Jeff.
“I thought we were having lunch to discuss what had happened and decide how to regroup," she said in one of the show's final interviews. "I didn't realize my future at Jeff Lewis Design was over."
With tears in her eyes, she continued: “Some people come into your life for a reason, a season, or a lifetime. I thought it was gonna be a lifetime, but I'm grateful to him for so many things," she said on Flipping Out.
Jeff reportedly reached out to Jenni in early 2020.
"Hi, Happy New Year. I hope you and your family are happy and healthy. Would you be open to meeting with me sometime? I don’t feel good about what happened between us and I’m very sorry for my role in it," he wrote, according to People.
Jenni never responded.

Lewis, who also hosts Jeff Lewis Live on SiriusXM, is making his TV return by taking viewers into the homes of celebrities. Lewis, along with his radio co-host Megan Weaver, Tyler Meyerkorth, and new assistant Shane Douglas, all work together to complete one-of-a-kind renovations for celebrity clients.
